Prof. Dusit Niyato

Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore

Bio: Dusit Niyato is currently a professor in the School of Computer Science and Engineering and, by courtesy, School of Physical & Mathematical Sciences, at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He received B.E. from King Mongkuk’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), Thailand in 1999 and Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Manitoba, Canada in 2008. He has published more than 380 technical papers in the area of wireless and mobile networking, and is an inventor of four US and German patents. He has authored four books including "Game Theory in Wireless and Communication Networks: Theory, Models, and Applications" with Cambridge University Press. He won the Best Young Researcher Award of IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) Asia Pacific (AP) and The 2011 IEEE Communications Society Fred W. Ellersick Prize Paper Award.  

Currently, he is serving as a senior editor of IEEE Wireless Communications Letter, an area editor of IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications (Radio Management and Multiple Access), an area editor of IEEE Communications Surveys and Tutorials (Network and Service Management and Green Communication), an editor of IEEE Transactions on Communications, an associate editor of IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, and IEEE Transactions on Cognitive Communications and Networking. He was a guest editor of IEEE Journal on Selected Areas on Communications. He was a Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE Communications Society for 2016-2017. He was named the 2017, 2018 highly cited researcher in computer science. He is a Fellow of IEEE.

Prof. Daquan Feng

Shenzhen University, China

Bio: Prof. Daquan Feng is a Distinguished Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Shenzhen University, serving as Deputy Director of the Digital Creative Research Center and a core member of the Digital Creative Team led by Academician Wenhua Ding. He is a recipient of the Excellent Young Scientists Fund from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and has been consecutively listed as an Elsevier Highly Cited Chinese Researcher from 2020 to 2025. He was also selected in Stanford University’s "World’s Top 2% Scientists" list. 

Prof. Feng’s research focuses on wireless communications, mobile edge computing, integrated sensing and communication, and intelligent resource allocation for next-generation networks. He has published over 100 high-quality papers in top-tier journals and conferences, including IEEE Transactions series, with more than 7,000 citations. He led the team to win the First Prize of the 2023 Natural Science Award from the Chinese Institute of Electronics, and received the 2023 IEEE Transactions on Services Computing Best Paper Award. He is also a recipient of the Guangdong "Pearl River Talent Plan" Youth Top-notch Talent, the China Association for Science and Technology Young Talent Lift Program, and the Shenzhen University "Liyuan Outstanding Youth" Program. 

Prof. Feng has presided over or participated in multiple national and provincial-level research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He currently serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE Communications Letters and IEEE Access, and holds key academic service roles in multiple international conferences and technical committees.

Prof. Wen Liu

 Wuhan University of Technology, China

Bio: Liu Wen received his Ph.D. degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2015. He is the recipient of the Hubei Provincial Outstanding Youth Science Foundation and the National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars. He is a core member of the Science and Technology Outstanding Contribution Team of the China Institute of Navigation, and has been recognized as a Stanford Top 2% Globally Highly Cited Scientist and a Scilit Highly Cited Scholar. He serves as an Associate Editor for five journals indexed by SCI, including IET ITS (CCF recommended) and IEEE OJVT (JCR Q1), and as a Guest Editor for the prominent journal Information Fusion. His research focuses on foundational theories and methods in areas such as visual navigation, trajectory data computing, multi-sensor fusion, and risk computing, within the fields of intelligent ship navigation and intelligent waterborne transportation systems. He has led six national-level research projects, including three projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and a project under the National Key Research and Development Program of China. He has published over 100 papers in leading journals and conferences, including IEEE T-ITS, T-PAMI, T-VT, T-IV, T-II, IoT-J, and CVPR, among which are 9 ESI Highly Cited Papers and 1 ESI Hot Paper. He has received four Best/Outstanding Paper Awards at conferences and four provincial/ministerial-level Science and Technology Progress Awards. Under his supervision, students have won national first prizes in the Robot and Artificial Intelligence Competition (three times), national awards in the University Student Transportation Technology Competition (five times), and over 60 provincial/ministerial-level or higher awards, including a National Silver Award and Provincial Gold/Special Awards in the "Challenge Cup" competition. He has delivered nearly 10 public speeches/reports on science and education, and has been honored as an Outstanding Competition Instructor at the national level (twice), one of the "Most Beloved Teachers" by students at Wuhan University of Technology, a "Young Teaching Master" at Wuhan University of Technology, and an Outstanding Class Advisor in the School of Computer Science.

Assoc. Prof. Jie Xu

The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHK-Shenzhen), China

Bio: Jie Xu is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Science and Engineering, the Shenzhen Future Network of Intelligence Institute (FNii-Shenzhen), and the Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory of Future Networks of Intelligence, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, China. His research interests include wireless communications, network AI, edge computing, integrated sensing and communication (ISAC), wireless information and power transfer, and UAV communications. He has published more than 200 papers in international journals and conferences, with more than 18500 citations in Google Scholar. 

He is the Chair of the IEEE Wireless Communications Technical Committee (WTC) and the Vice Co-chair of the IEEE Emerging Technology Initiative (ETI) on ISAC. He served or is serving as an Associate Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, an Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, IEEE Transactions on Communications, IEEE Wireless Communications Letters, and Journal of Communications and Information Networks, and a Guest Editor of the IEEE Wireless Communications, IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications, IEEE Internet of Things Magazine, Science China Information Sciences, and China Communications. He has served as a Co-Chair for more than 20 symposiums and workshops at international conferences such as IEEE ICC, IEEE Globecom, IEEE INFOCOM, and IEEE/CIC ICCC. He was a recipient of the 2017 IEEE Signal Processing Society Young Author Best Paper Award, the IEEE/CIC ICCC 2019 Best Paper Award, the 2019 IEEE Communications Society Asia-Pacific Outstanding Young Researcher Award, the 2019 IEEE Wireless Communications Technical Committee Outstanding Young Researcher Award, the First Prize of the 2024 China Institute of Communications Science and Technology Award. He has been listed as the Highly Cited Chinese Researchers (Elsevier) since 2021. He is an IEEE Fellow and a Distinguished Lecturer of IEEE Communications Society.
